Transparent pricing
Organizers can start free. Vendors can publish basic transparent listings free, upgrade only when the tools are useful, or unlock all features by processing bookings through Encalio. Ticketing, booking, media, and paid-placement fees are disclosed before checkout or activation.
Organizers
Create events, compare vendors, manage guests, RSVP, budgets, layouts, volunteers, QR hubs, quotes, contracts, and payment schedules. Provider-backed payments or paid media packages may add disclosed fees when enabled.
Ticketing
Ticketed events show buyer totals before checkout. The standard ticketing fee is up to 10% and includes standard payment/card processing and platform costs unless an approved event override applies.
Bookings
Vendors can keep payment instructions vendor-direct, offer Encalio processing where configured, or present both. Encalio non-ticket processing uses a flat 6% fee that can be absorbed by the vendor or passed through to the organizer when disclosed.
